The funding necessary to decommission the UF training reactor (currently estimated cost of

$3.28 million) will be obtained when needed.

The university is a public body corporate of the State of Florida and is constituted as a public instrumentality of the State of Florida. As the university's Chief Financial Officer, I am authorized to commit funding for this purpose.
