Letter from A. Boland (U.S. NRC) to B. Hanson (Exelon Generation Co.), "Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Units 2 and 3, Integrated Inspection Report 05000237/2014005; 05000249/2014005 and Preliminary White Finding, 0 dated January 29, 2015 In the referenced letter, the NRC documented a finding preliminarily determined to be of White significance concerning the Unit 3 *E* electromatic relief valve's inability to perform its intended safety function.
INSPECTION  
The finding was identified during the 2014 4th quarter Integrated Inspection and is associated with the Mitigating Systems Cornerstone of the NRC's Reactor Oversight Process. The referenced letter requested verbal and written notifications within 1 O days of the date of the letter stating Exelon Generation Company, LLC's (EGC) intention to (1) attend a Regulatory Conference to present to the NRC EGC's perspective on the facts and assumptions the NRC used to arrive at the finding and assess its significance, or (2) submit EGC's position on the finding to the NRC in writing. In.follow-up to our phone call on February 9, 2015, which provided verbal notification of EGC's intention to submit a written position on this matter, this letter provides written notification of the intention of EGC to submit in writing our position regarding the preliminary White finding.
