The referenced letter requested verbal and written notifications within 1 O days of the date of the letter stating Exelon Generation Company, LLC's (EGC) intention to (1) attend a Regulatory Conference to present to the NRC EGC's perspective on the facts and assumptions the NRC used to arrive at the finding and assess its significance, or (2) submit EGC's position on the finding to the NRC in writing. In.follow-up to our phone call on February 9, 2015, which provided verbal notification of EGC's intention to submit a written position on this matter, this letter provides written notification of the intention of EGC to submit in writing our position regarding the preliminary White finding.
