Calvert Cliffs Operating Exam Comments:

Admin JPMs: R01-appears to be a typo regarding Tavg. JPM says "and Tavg is less than 250°F" Initial condition states 100% power. R0-2 -Removed 2-CD-277 as a Critical task when reviewing tagout Added mechanical tagging points for 11/12 AFW Mini-Flow lines to critical task R04-Determine the best place (classroom or simulator) to conduct this JPM. SR01-Classroom checked, but simulator setup information is given. Typo. Corrected reference in Component Cooling Water cue SR02-Removed 2-CD-277 as a Critical task when reviewing tagout Added mechanical tagging points for 11/12 AFW Mini-Flow lines to critical task Moved cue for Technical Specification from body of JPM to Examinee's Cue Sheet SR03-Revised Critical Task values for dose calculations to include conservative calculation of highest dose rate (i.e. highest dose rate for entire duration)

SR04-Increased Containment Radiation Monitors readings on Examinee's Cue Sheet Transferred cue information from the body of the JPM to the Examinee's Cue Sheet Added that a Hostile Action is not in progress to the Examinee's Cue Sheet Downgraded two Critical Tasks due to adding information to the Examinee's Cue Sheet SR05-same typo as R01.
