By letter dated October 30, 2014 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML14304A034), you subm itted to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for review and approval Traveler TSTF-551, Revision 0, "Address Transient Secondary Containment Conditions."
Section 170.21 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations requires that Travelers are subject to fees based on the full cost of the review. You did not request a fee waiver; therefore, NRC staff hours were billed accordingly.
