By way of Reference 2, Entergy replied to the notice of violation described in Reference 1.Reference 2 contained one new commitment with a due date of September 28, 2015, asfollows: "Develop case study on the lessons learned for not identifying the feedwater regulatingvalve seat leakage as an operator workaround. Case study will be presented to the ConditionReview Group (CRG) members, all Operations instructors, and at supervisor training."The case study has been developed, but presentation to the target audience has not beencompleted. By way of this letter, Entergy is supplementing the initial response to the Notice ofViolation in order to establish a new commitment due date of October 23, 2015.
