Therefore, the D-Plan/PSDAR is subject to revisions being submitted to the NRC on a 24-month interval in accordance with IO CFR 50.7l(e)(4 ).

In accordance with the requirements of l O CFR 50.4, "Written Communications," paragraph (b)(6), LaCrosseSolutions, LLC (LS) is submitting the January 2022 revision of the D-Plan/PSDAR for LACBWR. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.71(e)(4), the update is being submitted within 24 months of the previous revision which was submitted in Reference I.

The changes to the D-Plan /PSDAR reflect comple tion of decomm issionin g activitie s includin g final status surveys . The January 2022 D-Plan /PSDAR revision includes changes made from June 2020 through January 2022.

Section 3 of the D-Plan /PSDAR contains the proprie tary financial infmma tion LS is providi ng to the NRC and seeks to have withhel d from public disclosu re in its entirety.

Therefo re, this submitt al contain s a LS Proprie tary Financial Informa tion Affidav it pursuan t to 10 CFR 2.390.

The Affidav it sets forth the basis for which the informa tion may be withhel d from public disclosu re by the Commi ssion and aqdress es with specific ity the conside rations listed in 10 CFR 2.390(b )(4).

The enc1osed CD contain s the public version of the January 2022 update of the D-Plan /PSDAR and the non-pub lic version of Section 3 of the D-Plan / PSDAR . It also contain s a matrix which lists changes incorpo rated in this revision of the D-Plan /PSDAR .

The LACBW R License Termin ation Plan (L TP) was submitt ed to the U.S.

Nuclea r Regulat ory Commi ssion (NRC) for review on June 27, 2016, as docume nted in Referen ce 3. Revisio n 1 of the L TP was submitt ed to the NRC on May 3 I, 2018, as docume nted in Referen ce 4. The NRC approve d Revisio n 1 of the L TP as docume nted in Referen ce 5.

The L TP is a supplem ent to the D-Plan/ PSDAR . The LTP has been revised to incorpo rate changes resultin g from decomm issionin g activities. In accorda nce with IO CFR 50.4 and 10 CFR 50.71, LS hereby submits Revisio ns 2 and 3 of the LTP. Revisio n 3 replace s Revisio n 2 in its entirety.

Chapter 7 of the L TP contain s financial informa tion. LS conside rs this proprie taiy financial informa tion to be confide ntial and requests the NRC withhold it from public disclosu re under l O CFR 2.390. Therefo re, the LS Proprie tary Financi al Informa tion Affidav it pursuan t to 10 CFR 2.390 in this submitt al is also applicable to the L TP.

The enclose d CD contain s the public versions of all chapter s of Revisio ns 2 and 3 of the LTP and proprie truy version of Chapte r 7 of Revisio n 3 (pdf copies). Microso ft Word' version s of all chapter s in Revisio n 3 of the LTP, with the "track change " option enabled
