Since the footnote is added to SR 3.7(1)c, are SR3.7(1) c.i (diesel auto-start) and SR 3.7(1)c.iii (verification of emergency loads) covered in OP-ST-ESF-0002?
If not, what surveillances tests (STs) meet SR3.7(1) c.i and SR 3.7(1)c.iii? Are those STs within tests intervals?
