LOCATION:    U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Region IV Training Conference Room 612 E. Lamar Boulevard, Suite 400 Arlington, TX 76011-4005 PURPOSE:    The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the significance, cause, and corrective action associated with a preliminary finding with low-to-moderate safety significance (White). This finding involves the failure to use effective engineering controls as part of pre-job planning to reduce contamination and subsequent exposure of workers during Refueling Outage 16. The preliminary finding is discussed in NRC Inspection Report 05000382/2011009 (ADAMS ML112360693).
CATEGORY 1:  This meeting is a Category 1 meeting, meaning the public is invited to observe and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
