Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3 17265 River Road Killona, LA 70057-3093 PURPOSE: The purpose of the conference call between Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy, the licensee), and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) staff is to discuss the open items in the Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3's response to the NRC "Request for Additional Information Regarding Supplemental Response to Generic Letter 2004-02, 'Potential Impact of Debris Blockage on Emergency Recirculation During Design Basis Accidents at Pressurized-Water Reactors'," dated September 22,2009 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML092510124); provide feedback on the licensee's plans and discuss any points of disagreement; and discuss the licensee's path forward.

CATEGORY 1:* The public is invited to participate in this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
