Lamar, Suite 400 Arlington, TX 76011 PURPOSE: The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the significance, cause, and corrective action(s) associated with an apparent violation involving the inoperability of the Train B vital Battery. The apparent violation is discussed in NRC Inspection Report 05000382/2009008 (ADAMS ML093100257).
