ENVIRONMENTAL QUALIFICATION DEADLINES The enclosed table presents the status of those operating plants for which licensees have requested extensions beyond the November 30, 1985 EQ deadline.
The requests are being processed as Green Tickets with the first one (NMP) having been sent to the Commission on October 1, 1985. At this time, none of the utilities has indicated that they plan to operate in non-compliance of 10 CFR 50.49 after November 30, 1985. Fort St. Vrain is presently constrained by a Confirmatory Action Letter allowing up to 45 days of operation at power
;        levels up to 8% prior to November 30, 1985.
