On April 20, 1995, Assistant United States Attorney, Will SELLERS, Department of Justice, Washington, D. C., contacted 01:RIV and was apprised of the facts developed during the investigation.
SELLERS indicated that based on the evidence developed during the investigation and the fact that the two contract supervisors were initially

removed from the site, but ultimately were terminated from employment, the case did not warrant prosecution.
