[Q))J ion Elev. 100' separating Unit 1 from Unit 2 was found deficient. On 12/1/80, it was

[QJI] !discovered that the Controlled Facilities Building and its associated walkway exceed

!The cause of the incident is a conflict between specifications and drawings for the wa~ls
