[External_Sender] Follow up from Turkey Point meeting Good morning all, I talked to Jose about the questions we had for him. He says that number 2 and 4 from my list of conservation measures could be terms and conditions as long as NRC is ok with that. What do you think Briana? I also asked him about crocodile injury take and he wants to think about it some more. I'll get back to you on that one.

[External_Sender] Re: [EXTERNAL] RE: Follow up from Turkey Point meeting I'm glad you clarified Briana. I must have shifted them around from the this list you have. I have the same number 2, but my number 4 is Continue to conduct employee training for eastern indigo snake awareness and posts educational signs around the plant. Here's my current list:

1. Continue salinity and temperature monitoring program within Turkey Point and in Biscayne Bay
2. Continue crocodile nest and hatchling monitoring at Turkey Point for the life of the license.

Every five years, FPL, the Service, the NRC, and any relevant researchers will meet to discuss the monitoring methods and the need for continuation.

3. Continue the crocodile health and condition surveys for the life of this renewed facility operating license unless otherwise agreed upon by FPL, the Service, the NRC, and any relevant researchers. Every five years, FPL, the Service, the NRC, and any relevant researchers will meet to discuss the monitoring methods and the need for continuation.
4. Continue to conduct employee training for eastern indigo snake awareness and posts educational signs around the plant
5. Crocodile data will follow the standard approved management method. Data will be keep in the approved format.
6. Continue following the Habitat Management Plan and the Nutrient Management Plan
7. Continue to follow the most current version of FPLs Crocodile Management Plan On Mon, Apr 22, 2019 at 9:43 AM Grange, Briana <Briana.Grange@nrc.gov> wrote:

Lindsay, Thanks for the update. Can you make sure that I am looking at the correct conservation measures. The list you sent out initially was bulleted, so bullets 2 and 4 would be:

Conservation Measure 2 Continue crocodile nest and hatchling monitoring at Turkey Point and in Biscayne Bay for the life of the license. Every five years, FPL, the Service, the NRC, and any relevant researchers will meet to discuss the monitoring methods and the need for continuation.

Conservation Measure 4 Crocodile data will follow the standard approved management method. Data will be keep in the approved format.

Is that correct? Thanks!

Briana 1
