ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING BOARD  
On January 3, 2011, the Board issued a notice that we expected to issue our decision on standing and contention admissibility in January 2011.1 Subsequently, NextEra submitted a lengthy additional filing on January 14,2 to which Friends/NEC filed an opposition on January 24.3 In light of these recent submissions and the complexity of the issues, the Board now expects to issue its decision in February 2011.
