On November 6, 2020, this Board issued a non-public Memorandum and Order (LBP-20-12) concerning a Motion to Reopen, Motion for Leave, Motion for Partial Reconsideration, and Motion for Leave to Reply in the above-captioned proceeding.1 In an accompanying Memorandum, the Board instructed the parties to identify material in the decision that should be redacted before public release.2 The parties indicated no proprietary information is contained in LBP-20-12.
