The Board hereby notifies the Commission and the participants of a revision in its schedule for issuing its ruling on the admitted contentions in this case. A March 25, 2020 issuance extended the Initial Decision date in this proceeding to Friday, July 10, 2020.1 The Board is working on its ruling but has concluded that an additional extension of time is required.
Accordingly, the Board now anticipates that it will issue its Initial Decision in this proceeding on or before Friday, August 21, 2020.
It is so ORDERED.
