Concurrent to this Memorandum, the Board issued its Memorandum and Order, LBP 12.1 In the interest of avoiding any disclosure of proprietary information, the entire Memorandum and Order has been treated as non-public until the parties have had an opportunity to review it and propose redactions. The Board requests that the parties confer and provide the Board with redactions by November 13, 2020. Once that is complete, the Board will provide the redacted Memorandum and Order to the Office of the Secretary (SECY) for placement into the public docket. Accordingly, the Board anticipates making its Memorandum and Order in this proceeding available to the public on or before Friday, November 20, 2020.
