The Board hereby notifies the Commission and the parties of the status of its Initial Decision for this proceeding. The February 15, 2018 Revised Scheduling Order for this proceeding indicated that the Boards Initial Decision would be issued ninety days from the conclusion of the evidentiary hearing,1 which was held on September 24-27, 2019, in Newburyport, Massachusetts. Given that the ninety-day window provided by the Boards Revised Scheduling Order2 will close before recently issued deadlines for the filing of additional testimony and supplements to the proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law,3 we now 1 See Licensing Board Memorandum and Order (Revised Scheduling Order) (Feb. 15, 2018)

anticipate that the Board will issue its Initial Decision in this proceeding on or before Thursday, April 9, 2020.

This Board expects that the record for the evidentiary hearing will close on January 10, 2020. Therefore, the anticipated date for the Boards Initial Decision is consistent with the Commissions model milestones guidance for 10 C.F.R.
