Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.309(j), the Board hereby notifies the Commission and the participants of a revision in its schedule for issuing its ruling on the petition for leave to intervene. Under the Boards Notice of August 4, 2017, the Boards ruling on those issues is due September 29, 2017. The Board is finalizing its ruling, but has concluded that a short extension of time is required. Accordingly, the Board will issue its decision no later than Friday, October 6, 2017.
