License Nos. 88-100 50-280 50-281 DPR-32 DPR-37 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, the Virginia Electric and Power Company requests an amendment in the form of a change to the Technical Specifications to Operating Licenses DPR-32 and DPR-37 for Surry Power Station Units 1* & 2 respectively.
The change, Attachment 1, wi 11 a11 ow entry into the containment personnel airlock during power operations to make repairs on the inner door of the personnel airlock. In addition, the definition of Containment Integrity has been revised to clarify the actions for an inoperable automatic containment isolation valv*e.

In addition, the definition of Containment Integrity has been revised to clarify the actions for an inoperable automatic containment isolation valv*e. This change has been reviewed by the Station Nuclear Safety and Operating Committee and the Safety Evaluation and Control staff. It has been determined that the change does not involve an unreviewed safety question as defined in 10 CFR 50.59 or a significant hazards consideration as defined in 10 CFR 50.92. Our basis for determining that no significant hazards consideration exists is contained in Attachment
This change has been reviewed by the Station Nuclear Safety and Operating Committee and the Safety Evaluation and Control staff. It has been determined that the change does not involve an unreviewed safety question as defined in 10 CFR 50.59 or a significant hazards consideration as defined in 10 CFR 50.92. Our basis for determining that no significant hazards consideration exists is contained in Attachment 2.
