TS6.2.2.aand6.2,2,dandTable,6.2-1 wereremovedfromthetechnical specifications sincetheyduplicate currentregulations asspecified in10CFR50.54(k),

(1),and(m).However,thefollowing shiftcrewrequirements asspecified inTSTable6.2-1arenotcontained withinthecurrentregulations andmustbeaddedtoTS6.2.2:a.Anauxiliary operatorwithfuelinthereactor,b.Asecondauxiliary operatoraboveColdShutdown, and.9409290181 I(ii, 4,5.c.AShiftTechnical Advisor(STA)aboveColdShutdown.

Inaddition, theexception providedinTSTable,6.2-1withrespecttounexpected absencesofon-dutyshiftcrewmemberswasalsoaddedtoTS6.2.2.Also,TS6.2.2.band6.2.2.carerevisedconsistent withNUREG-1431(ITS5.2.2.b).

Specificfunctions performed byahealthphysicist werenotrevised.Thisisnotatechnical change.Asubmittal dateofHay1ofeachyearwasselectedfortheRadioactive EffluentReleaseReportsince10CFR50.36aonlyrequiresanannualsubmittal butdoesnotidentifyaspecificsubmittal date.ThelastRGEEsubmittal.
