mmm non n e SNMMARY: The plant was shutdown on Nevernber 3, generator breakers opened at 2142 hours and the reactor tnpped at 2302 hours on Nmtmber 3, for puspose of repairing an instrument line leak. The plant remained shutdown until 0445 hours on Nmtmber 10,1997 when plant heat up was 9 --- -- -,1 The reactor was made entical at 2245 hours on November 10,1997. The outage was considered complete with the closure of the generator breakers at 0441 hours on Nmtsber 11, 1997. The plant achieved 100% power at 1350 hours on Nmtmber 11,1997 and remained at that power lesti through the end of the month.
