| | This agency received the above-referenced cultural resources report in association with the proposed Cimarron Environmental Response Trust project in Logan County for review and comment. From the information provided, we understand that Burns & McDonnell staff surveyed the 530-acre project Area of Potential Effects (APE) on May 5-12, 2023 . No archaeological sites or other historic resources were located within the APE . NRC recommends a finding of No Effect on Historic Properties for the undertaking. |
| | I concur with the findings and recommendations as they pertain to precontact archaeological resources and defer opinion on the overall project effects to the Oklahoma State Historic Preservation Office. |
