Duke Energy submitted the application pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 54, Requirements for Renewal of Operating Licenses for Nuclear Power Plants, for subsequent license renewal.
The NRC staff is in the process of reviewing your application. Based on the review, the NRC staff has identified the attached final requests for confirmation of information (RCIs).
The schedule for your response to these RCIs were discussed with Paul Guill of your staff, and a mutually agreeable date for the response is within 45 days from the date of this email.
