DPR-38, DPR-47, and DPR-55 for Oconee Nuclear Station (ONS), Units 1, 2, and 3, respectively, to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). Duke Energy submitted the application pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 54, Requirements for Renewal of Operating Licenses for Nuclear Power Plants, for subsequent license renewal.
By Subsequent License Renewal Application Third Annual Update to the License Renewal Application and Subsequent License Renewal Application Supplement 5|letter dated May 24, 2024]] (ML24145A069), Duke Energy submitted its third annual update to its subsequent license renewal application. Based on the review, the NRC staff has identified the attached final request for additional information (RAI).
The schedule for your response to this RAI was discussed with Paul Guill of your staff, and a mutually agreeable date for the response is within 30 days from the date of this email, or as otherwise agreed upon with the NRC Project Manager.
