On February 24, 2009, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment No. 273 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-16 for the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (Oyster Creek). This document is available in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) under Accession No. ML082890878. Enclosed in Amendment No. 273, were revised pages for incorporation into the Oyster Creek Technical Specifications.
The NRC staff has identified that, in error, page 3 of the license identified AmerGen as the licensee.
