This document supplies information regarding the analytical techniques which were employed in the seismic analysis of the contain-ment fan cooler units at St. Lucie Unit No. l.

We are submitting this information in accordance with our commitment made in my letter of June 30, 1976 (L-76-243) and referred to in the Staff's Safety Analysis supporting Amend-ment No. 6 to the St. Lucie Unit 1 Operating License.
