Surry power station Vanessa Spoke to art warren of va rep and bill renz, dominion EPP regarding possible DIR @ surry.Surry unit 2 tripped saturday evenning and surry power station declared an alert sat. Evening @ around 6:00 pm and lifted the alert sunday morning @ around 6:00 am. The action was not related to any offsite problem. Unit w continued (and continues) to operate.The state is aware of the situtation at surry, and did not enhance their normal eoc watch staff. @ocal jurisdictions within the surry epz have not reported any concerns or asked for any state assistance.
