The purpose of this letter is to inform you of the individual examination results for your applicants on the initial written examination conducted on December 7, 2007, and the walk-through (overall) and/or simulato r operating tests administe red December 10 - 18, 2007 at your facility. This meets the intent of Section E.1 of the Examination Standards (ES 501) in NUREG 1021.
The purpose of this letter is to inform you of the individual examination results for your applicants on the initial written examination conducted on December 7, 2007, and the walk-through (overall) and/or simulator operating tests administered December 10 - 18, 2007 at your facility.
Fifteen individuals were administered the examination and twelve passed. However, we will not be issuing licenses for two of the applicants who passed - as explained in Section ES-501, paragraph D.3.c. - because any written examination with a passing grade of 82 percent or below is normally held for review until those applicants who failed the examination have had an opportunity to appeal their license denials.) This information is considered to be "proprietary" in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 and it supplements the information contained in the related examination report for your facility which will be issued shortly.
