"We, the undersigned citizens of Pennsylvania, ask your leadership and that of the Pennsylvania congressional delegation to uphold at the federal level our rights and responsibility for children and a safe environment."

"We seek legislation establishing a law denying a nuclear license to a utility site where uncontrolled emissions of radiation have posed a risk to the environment, workers and the public."

"We also seek a high-level nuclear waste disposal site that is established and operating before new nuclear plants are given a license to operate."
