https://www.regulations.gov/document?D=NRC-2020-0082-0002 Furthermore, we need to have full transparency regarding ownership of those companies dealing in nuclear dismantlement-waste, as I understand the U.K to have. It is unacceptable that nuclear dismantlement-waste be handled by secretive privately held companies, such as Energy Solutions, Holtec, and Jingoli Brothers, where we aren't even certain of true ownership. And, they can more easily vanish and evade responsibility.
