1. Letter from T. L. Young (Exelon) to Document Control Desk (NRG), dated October 20, 2016, Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program, Revision 12 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54, "Conditions of licenses," paragraph (p)(2), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGG) is submitting supplemental information related to Revision 12 of the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program as requested by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission at a meeting with EGG during the week of October 10, 2016. No changes are being made to Revision 12 of the Calvert Cliffs Site Security Plan.

Exelon has concluded that the attached supplemental information (Attachment 1) does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program.

This cover letter is not subject to protective requirements. The Attachment is subject to Safeguards Information protection according to 10 CFR 73.21. Upon separation -from the attachment, this cover letter is to be considered Decontrolled.
