F-A / FI.30B Class 3 Piping Supports - Multi-directionall/SWH 16 CR-IP2-2014-01788-frftr eincniuain There was a loose locknut. Engineering evaluated the condition and the nut was tightened for future design configuration.

CR-IP2-2014-01795- The field configuration was different from the drawing since the field had a gap between the U F-A / F1.30B Class 3 Piping Supports - Multi-directional/ SWH 16A bolt and the pipe and the drawing did not show any gap. Engineering evaluated the condition and the condition was accepted as is.
