By lotter dated December ll, 1975, Amendment No. 11 and Change No. 27 on Steam Vent Clearing Phenomenon and Steam Quenching Vibration Phenomenon wore issued. Through Administrativo error the Change Number in Paragraph 2.(2) of the amendment was incorrectly stated as uChango No. 11" but should be "Chango No. 27". The cover page for the changes,to tho Technical Specifications is incorrect and a new pago is enclosod for replacement, Also, the number "27" was not insorted by the diagonal lines on tho replacemont pages for the Technical Specifications. Please make the corrections as noted.
