Docket No. 50-443-LA2 ASLBP No. 17-953-02-LA-BD01 August 4, 2017 NOTICE (Regarding the Deadline for Ruling on the Hearing Request) Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.309(j), the Board hereby notifies the Commission and the participants of a revision in its schedule for issuing its ruling on the petition for leave to intervene. The Board heard oral argument on standing and contention admissibility on June 29, 2017, and therefore the Board's ruling on those issues is currently due August 14, 2017. Id. Due to the length of the pleadings, the number of issues raised, and the previously arranged leave schedules of Board members, the Board has determined that an extension of that deadline is necessary. Accordingly, the Board will issue its decision no later than Friday, September 29, 2017. FOR THE ATOMIC SAFETY   AND LICENSING BOARD
