Written communication as specified by 10 CPR 50 .4 regarding withdrawal of a request to amend Renewed Facility Operating License No. R-103 in support of the Selective Gas Extraction Molybdenum-99 Project, by letter dated May 3, 2017 By letter dated May 3, 2017 (ML17132A241), and supplemented by letters dated June 19, 2017 (ML17172A195), October 17, 2017 (ML17292A052), December 6, 2017 (ML17342A107), January 16, 2018 (ML18022A259), and February 5, 2018 (ML18039A013), the University of Missouri Research Reactor (MURR) requested a license amendment and changes to the facility Technical Specifications in order to conduct an experiment that would produce molybdenum-99 (Mo-99) on a commercial scale .
