SW pumps installed  
: 1. Pump NPSH margin is currently protected by the river level/NPSH monitoring instructions contained in the Abnormal Environmental Procedure (SC.OP-AB.ZZ-OOOl(Q)). These instructions will be removed when the pump upgrades are completed, which is scheduled to be completed in 1996.
(#12 and 26) . 2. Permanent procedure revisions are being developed (both Normal and Emergency Operating) to address the specific concerns of the Problem Reports. These revisions will be implemented by April 1996. 3. A copy of this LER will be forwarded to the Nuclear Training Center for evaluation and incorporation into the Operability/Reportability training for Design Engineering personnel.
