On March 11, 2019, the NRC Staff informed this Licensing Board that it had issued a final no significant hazards consideration determination and license amendment to NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC.1 The final Safety Evaluation (SE) for the amendment was also made available for public review. As established by the Initial Scheduling Order in this proceeding, new or amended contentions based on the final SE must be filed within thirty days of the SEs availability for public review.2 However, if petitioner C-10 decides that it will not file new or amended contentions based on the final SE, the Board requests to be notified of this decision as soon as possible.
