The regulatory conference Was held on Sept. 27th, and the licensee has submitted responses to additional questions posed at the regulatory conference.

The region plans to provide a recommended position prior to the SERP. Kriss Kennedy has copies of the files e-mailed by the licensee and will provide those in a separate e-mail.I-7-----------------------------------------------------
