Table A.6-1-It was erroneously indicated in the May 16, 2007 B.5.b Fleetwide Response that a modification was going to be installed; when it was not.IR 806752 was written after the identifying NRC inspector indicated he did not want aseparateletter issued to correct this and to utilize this Annual NRC Commitment Change/Deletion Notification Process.Table A.2-4 will correct wording from'hoses'to'hydrants'.
Status: The commitment was being changed under Commitment Change Number 08-031.
