RE: J-4242A Task Order 1 Date: Thursday, December 16, 2010 9:18:57 AM This conflicts with another telephone conference I have at 10 with Paul Lain (et.al.) on Oconee SE...Also.. .since IP will have 30 days to respond to any questions I may have, it is highly unlikely that they would provide a response prior to 12/31. Given a contract end date of 12/31, the need for my participation in a telecon now seems moot, as it will not alter the final deliverable.

Per you request I will provide draft versions of IP2 and IP3 TERs by 12/31 that are based on the information I have currently available.

However, for reasons described below, work is expected to continue past this date.1. Project Review Status: " Oyster Creek -( ME 0756 and ME0780) -Completed* Wolf Creek -(ME0798 and ME0799) -Completed* Indian Point 2 and 3 -In Process o Draft TER for IP2 submitted and staff comments received o Resolution of staff comments identified need for additional information from licensee (for both IP2 and IP3)o On 12/8 I participated with NRC staff in a telephone discussion of concerns with licensee o Based on T-con NRS staff determined that new (additional)
