This Licensee Event Report entitled "Failure To Perform Radioactive Effluent Concentration Surveillance And Effluent Monitoring Instrument Channel Setpoint Determinations In Accordance With Technical Specifications" was originally submitted on April 1, 1998. In that report, on page 4 of 5, Licensee Event Report 311 /97-007-00 was incorrectly referenced as a related occurrence in the Prior Similar Occurrences section. The actual prior similar occurrence was Licensee Event Report 272/97.-007-
