The supplement provided in Reference 3 proposed to increase the frequency of Component Cooling Water heat exchanger performance tests from at least once per 31 days to at least once per 14 days.In Reference 4, the NRC Containment and Ventilation Branch (SCVB) staff requested additional information (RAI). FPL provided a response to the RAI in Reference
- 5. In Reference 6, the NRC forwarded SCVB RAI-5, which is a follow-up to the prior RAI. The enclosure to this letter contains the FPL response to SCVB RAI-5.The additional information provided in the enclosure to this letter does not impact the no significant hazards determination and environmental considerations previously provided in References 1 and 3.There are no new commitments made in this submission.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff reviewed the information provided and determined that it needs additional information to complete the review.
