In Reference 1, Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) requested an amendment to the Technical Specifications (TS) for the Turkey Point Nuclear Plant (Turkey Point), Units 3 and 4.

Florida Power & Light Company L-2014-259 License Amendment Request No. 231 Response to SCVB Request for Additional Information Page 2 of 2 The proposed amendment would revise the ultimate heat sink (UHS) water temperature limit from 100lF to 104'F.
FPL supplemented the July 10, 2014 application via References 2 and 3. The supplement provided in Reference 3 proposed to increase the frequency of Component Cooling Water heat exchanger performance tests from at least once per 31 days to at least once per 14 days.
In Reference 4, the NRC Containment and Ventilation Branch (SCVB) staff requested additional information (RAI). FPL provided a response to the RAI in Reference 5. In Reference 6, the NRC forwarded SCVB RAI-5, which is a follow-up to the prior RAI. The enclosure to this letter contains the FPL response to SCVB RAI-5.
The additional information provided in the enclosure to this letter does not impact the no significant hazards determination and environmental considerations previously provided in References 1 and 3.

Background
By letter dated July 10, 2014, as supplemented by letters dated July 17, July 22, July 24, July 26, July 28, and July 29, 2014, Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) submitted a license amendment request for the Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Unit Nos. 3 and 4 (Turkey Point).
FPL requested revisions to the Turkey Point Technical Specifications (TS), Sections 3/4.7.4, "Ultimate Heat Sink [UHS]," and 3/4.7.2, "Component Cooling Water System."
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff reviewed the information provided and determined that it needs additional information to complete the review. The NRC staffs request for additional information (RAI) is contained in Reference 1. The FPL response to Containment and Ventilation Branch (SCVB) RAI-5 follows.
SCVB RAI-5 In reference to SCVB RAI-3 from the NRC's email dated July 25, 2014 (ADAMS Accession No. ML14208A010), and the licensee's letter dated July 26, 2014 (ADAMS Accession No. ML14210A374), please provide the value of the maximum increase in containment pressure caused by the calculation errors.
FPL Response Based on information provided by Westinghouse regarding a Turkey Point specific sensitivity calculation, the errors reported in NSAL- 14-2 resulted in a maximum increase in containment peak pressure of +0.13 psi.
