1.0 INTRODUCTION

This Core Operating Limits Report (COLR)describes the cycle-specific parameter limits for operation of St.Lucie Unit 2 Cycle 10.It contains the limits for the following as provided in Section 2.Moderator Temperature Coefficient CEA Position-Misalignment
