The proposed change is enclosed.

DPR-32 DPR-37 VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY SURRY POWER STATION UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 PROPOSED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, the Virginia Electric and Power Company requests an amendment, in the form of changes to the Technical Specifications, to Operating Licenses DPR-32 and DPR-37 for the Surry Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2. The proposed change is enclosed.
The proposed Technical Specification changes will revise the existing Technical Specifications to reflect the new Licensee Event Report System as provided in Section 50. 73 to 10 CFR Part 50 and the immediate notification requirements for operating nuclear power reactors as provided in Section 50.72 to 10 CFR Part 50. The new rules became effective January 1, 1984. The proposed changes are provided in Attachment
