-severe weather conditions related to Hurricane Andrew resulted in

- wind. speeds on-site gusting to 60-65 miles per hour, Based on these conditions, the shift supervisor declared'a Notification-of Unusual' Event (NOUE), The NOUE was terminated at 1440.

Notifications to the State of Louisiana and the State of Mississippi, the .five local governments within the 10 mile Emergency Planning Zone ' and the Nuclear Regulatory Commissio1 Incident Response Center began at 0941. Notification to the state and' local governments and NRC of-the termination began at 1442. ,
