' on March 26, 1993, tho 11oonses reported that a iconsed Senior Ruaut or operator tested positive for alcohol dur,ing a routino medical examination. The individual had not been performing NRC-liconned dution, and, at the time of the alcohol test, was at the nite only for the modical examination.

The operator has entarod the 11oonsee's amployee assistance program. The Region III operator Licensing staff will review the r.in tt er .

The state of Ohio will be notified. The informa tion in this preliminary notification has been-rWiwad by li:ensee management.
