Dear Sir or Madam:

The purpose of this letter is to provide to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission the lnservice Inspection OAR-1 Owner's Activity Report for the Fall 2022 Refueling Outage at Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS). This report is submitted in accordance with the requirements of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI, Code Case N-532-5. The enclosure contains the completed OAR-1 Owner's Activity Report form, a table identifying the description of items with flaws or relevant conditions that required evaluation for continued service, and a table providing an abstract of repair/replacement activities required for continued service.

Service Water pipe per corrective 1/22/2021 21-001 R1 maintenance (CM) Work Order (WO) 5384084.

3 Multiple areas of localized wall thinning identified in pipe Pipe was below Min-Wall. Repaired sections SW-2-2852-128, SW-2-2852-129 and SW section of Service Water pipe in RE-32 2852-130. Repaired in refueling outage 32 (RE-32). per CM WO 5407844.
